1. Delivery schedule
- Normal Delivery – Minimum 5 working days
- Home Delivery – Minimum 6 working days
- Urgent Delivery – next working day, if billed before 5.00 PM – 30% extra charge
- Rapido Delivery – Minimum 2 hours, if billed before 5.00 PM – 100% extra charge
- All articles will be ready after 7.00 PM
2. In an unavoidable event of break down of machines, or power failure due to reasons beyond our control, the process time may get delayed by 3 -4 days.
3. Incase there is a stain / defect in the garment which we notice after collecting it, we will message you confirming the stain / defect before processing it. Incase you do not want to process the garment kindly message us immediately instructing not to process the garment and we will not process it. However, if there is no / late response from your end, we will start processing the garment assuming you want to process the garment and the full bill amount will be charged.
4. Verinito strives to provide the best quality of cleaning as per standardized methods and care; however, all articles are accepted at customers’ risk. Verinito will not be liable for damage arising due to the normal cleaning process. Verinito accepts no responsibility of colour bleed and/or shrinkage.
5. Any damage must be brought to notice within 24 hours of receipt of garment.
6. We take utmost care in processing the articles. However, at times, due to sub standard material used by designers / tailors / dyers, or the shoe is pasted with sub standard glue or sub standard rexine or canvass or any other material used there may be some damage or colour bleed which is unavoidable. We process all articles at customer’s risk. In case of misplaced or damaged garment, our maximum liability will be up to 5 times of the dry clean / laundry billing value in form of service credits.
7. Unclaimed garments would be safely kept with us for a maximum period of 30 days after which Verinito cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of any article. Also, a Safe Keeping Charge of Rs. 10/- per piece per day will be charged post 15 days from the delivery date.
8. Verinito is not responsible for loss or damage to any personal or non cleaning articles left in the clothing or bags such as money, jewellery or an other article.
9. Verinito accepts garments with stains on a best effort basis. There is no guarantee for removal of these stains.
10. These Terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. It is understood that customers availing services of verinito accepts all the terms and conditions and policies of Verinito.
11. Please check all the garments at time of delivery. Once delivery has been taken, Verinito will not entertain any complaint regarding lesser number of garments given by Verinito or any damage done to the garment.

REFUND POLICY
We provide absolutely hi-tech cleaning process and the results are at par with the industry standards. However, there will be no refunds if individual customer argues that the cleaning service is not up to his / her satisfaction or expectation.
Incase, Verinito erroneously charges the customer twice for a particular bill, the additional amount will be refunded via the same source within 15 to 20 working days.
